We''re partnering with a leading culture, fashion and entertainment media business, to recruit a senior finance assistant to join their collaborative finance team. You''ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations across AP, AR and cash management, while supporting month-end and driving process improvements.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including management of finance inboxesRaise sales invoices, manage credit control and support cash collectionOversee the processing of high-volume purchase invoices, ensuring accurate coding, project allocation and payment termsSupport weekly payment runs and daily bank postingsAssist with cash flow forecasting and project cash flow reportingComplete month-end tasks including debtor and creditor reporting, reconciliations and bank reconciliationsProcess staff expenses, company credit cards and Pleo reconciliationsManage supplier and customer on-boarding, including company registration and VAT validationSupport the annual audit by preparing schedules and responding to queriesIdentify and implement improvements to finance processes and controlsProvide support across the wider finance function as requiredRequirements3-4+ years'' finance experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or Senior Finance Assistant roleExperience using Sage Intacct or a similar ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP or WorkdayPrevious experience within a multi-entity or multi-site businessIntermediate to ..... full job details .....
