The Role: Supporting teachers in delivering engaging Maths lessons Working with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom activities Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Encouraging student engagement and academic progress Candidate Requirements: A degree in Mathematics or a related subject (2:1 or above preferred) A strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and adaptable approach Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential Why Apply?
