Client Details The organisation is well established and based in Crawley. Description Monitor and manage customer credit accounts to ensure timely payments. Chase overdue payments and resolve queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities. Prepare reports on account statuses and outstanding debts. Liaise with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies. Assess and set credit limits for new and existing customers. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures. Support the Accounting and Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Experience in credit control or a similar role in finance. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
