The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
• Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
• Liaising with clients and handling enquiries professionally
• Preparing legal documentation and file management
• Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks
• General legal secretarial and office duties

About You

We''re keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous experience (2+ years) working as a Legal Secretary
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• A client-focused approach
• Experience within Wills, Trusts & Probate would be advantageous
