Locum Senior Childcare LawyerUp to £65 per hour DOE Full-Time Remote for the Right CandidateWe are working with a respected local authority seeking an experienced Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. This is a full-time role, and remote working is available for the right candidate.The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload covering the full spectrum of public law children matters. This may include care proceedings, pre-proceedings work, emergency applications, case management hearings, and providing high-level legal advice to senior stakeholders within Children''s Services.You will be expected to handle cases independently, conduct or oversee advocacy as required, draft robust documentation, and work closely with social workers and internal clients to support the effective delivery of statutory children''s social care functions.
