The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the portfolio, including: Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing L8 compliance inspections Fault finding on lighting, power and socket circuits Minor plumbing and general fabric repairs Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards What We''re Looking For Qualified Maintenance Electrician 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services Strong electrical fault-finding skills Full UK Driving Licence Benefits Up to £40,000 salary Company van and tools provided Flexible working hours Self-managed diary 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Double time before 7:00am Double time plus a day in lieu for bank holidays worked 1 in 4 call-out rota (£150 standby payment) Minimum 4 hours ..... full job details .....
