Are you an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Engineer from a food or manufacturing background, looking for a flexible part-time position with leadership responsibility?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a Maintenance Manager position on a 4-day work week, offering flexibility around hours and the chance to make a real impact in a hands-on role.

You''ll be leading and supporting a small engineering team, taking responsibility for production line maintenance and driving improvements across the site.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Siemens PLC experience who enjoys autonomy and technical challenge.

This role would appeal to an experienced engineer with PLC experience looking for a flexible part time position where you can pass on your knowledge.

The Role:

• Electrical & mechanical maintenance across multiple production lines
• Hands-on fault finding and PLC programming (mainly Siemens, some Mitsubishi)
• Managing and developing a small engineering team

The Person:

• Experienced engineer with a food or FMCG background
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills (Siemens essential)
• Looking for a part-time role with flexible hours and leadership responsibility
