Are you an experienced QHSE professional ready to take ownership of health, safety, and quality across a technically complex, fast-paced engineering environment? We''re working with a well-established and growing engineering business near Maidstone, Kent, to find a Health and Safety Manager who can lead the function with real autonomy and senior visibility from day one. THE ROLE Reporting directly into senior leadership, you''ll be responsible for driving a positive safety culture across the business developing, implementing, and maintaining the company''s QHSE management systems, policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Leading all health, safety, environment, and quality activity across site operations Owning and maintaining ISO accreditations and internal audit programmes Conducting risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations Delivering toolbox talks, training sessions, and HandS inductions Acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors Championing continuous improvement across all QHSE disciplines WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent essential Demonstrable QHSE experience, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, utilities, construction, or a similarly complex, regulated environment A confident communicator able to influence at all levels, from shop floor to boardroom A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for driving safety culture Strong ..... full job details .....
