Project Coordinator - Construction PM Consultancy Borough and the City Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH) Full-time 9am-5pmAre you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator with experience in the construction/built environment sector? We''re working with a dynamic project management consultancy who are looking for someone just like you to join their friendly, fast-paced team.What you''ll be doing:• Assisting with project coordination and administration• Coordinating and managing project schedules • Track project budgets• Manage client invoicing process• Prepare tenders and manage the bids process• Attending meetings and supporting client communications• Preparing project and contract documentation and reportsWhat we''re looking for:• Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role within construction/the built environment, ideally in commercial design or engineering or architectural.• Excellent organisational and communication skills• A keen eye for detail • A collaborative, can-do attitudeThe Offer:• £40K- 45K depending on experience• Full-time hours: 9am-5pm• Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home• Central London location (Borough and the City)• A sociable, supportive team environmentIf you''re ready to take the next step in your project coordination career, we''d love to hear from you.
