Tezlom is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Mental Health Recovery Home. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions to achieve recovery, independence, and improved quality of life. As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of care staff, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment. You will also work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for residents Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support care staff during shifts Ensure the delivery of person-centred, recovery-focused care Support residents with daily living activities and recovery goals Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and accurate documentation Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards Provide guidance, mentoring, and supervision to staff members Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals Support the Home Manager in maintaining high standards of care Requirements NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Previous experience in a mental health or residential care setting Experience supervising or leading care staff Good understanding of mental health recovery approaches and safeguarding Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, or ..... full job details .....
