Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating all commercial contracts on behalf of the business as well as acting as legal support to key stakeholders.Duties will include:Reviewing legal contracts in line with Professional Indemnity insurance and commercial guidelinesNegotiating clauses with clients over email, telephone and meetings- must have the confidence to take the lead in these conversations to reach agreementsExtend liability where necessaryReview letters, scope of works, reports against PI insuranceExperience necessary: To be successful in securing an interview for this role you must have a Law Degree and ideally experience either in contract review, risk, or compliance.
