Key responsibilities will include:Define and govern the global HR and payroll process vision, strategy, and roadmap to create a coherent, future-ready process landscape that supports the business''s transformation agenda.Work with the CHRO to define the future HR operating model required to run and sustain SAP SuccessFactors and ECP, establishing clear ownership, governance cycles, and roles for business.Establish global process frameworks, standards, governance, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable HR and payroll processes across all markets.Govern Fit-to-Standard decision-making by managing localisation requests and controlling process variation to maintain global standards while enabling mandatory compliance.Lead and align global process owners to deliver integrated, end-to-end process design that operates effectively across functions and geographies.Resolve cross-functional design issues and act as final process authority before escalation to the design authority to maintain design integrity and timely ..... full job details .....
