What This Looks Like Day-to-Day Representing our brand out in the community, door to door across Glasgow Striking up genuine conversations and building trust quickly Explaining what we offer in a way that''s clear, honest, and engaging Converting interest into results sign-ups, leads, or sales depending on the campaign Organising your own patch and pacing your own day Reporting back on what''s landing well with residents to help refine our approach What You''ll Bring Genuine people skills and a warm, approachable manner Confidence to introduce yourself to strangers and hold a conversation Resilience a "no" doesn''t put you off your stride Strong self-discipline to manage your own workload without close supervision A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) No experience necessary we''ll train you from scratch On Offer Commission-only pay, OTE £600 £750 per week, entirely performance-based Full training and hands-on support from an experienced team Freedom to ..... full job details .....
