Are you an ER expert who thrives on coaching leaders, navigating complex casework, and driving fair, value-led outcomes? This role is part of an award-winning HR team, in a progressive housing provider, who are dedicated to creating thriving, secure communities. They are seeking a proactive, insightful Employee Relations Specialist, who will act as trusted advisor and coach to managers across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Managing an ER caseload covering: performance, conduct, attendance, grievance, flexible working requests (approx 15 cases at any one time)Providing practical, legally sound advice to managers, to reduce organisational risk and support fair outcomes.Ownership of all things absence and attendance, including monitoring trigger points and reporting, long term absence cases, etc.Coaching managers and running training sessions, so they can handle people matters early, constructively, and with confidence.Analysing ER case trends to identify risks and implement preventative solutions.
