We believe every pupil can reach their full potential with structured, individualised support.What You''ll DoAs a Learning Support Worker, you''ll be crucial to our pupils'' success. You''ll:Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism across various ages and learning needs.Implement support strategies guided by our experienced behaviour analysts and teaching staff.Help develop and deliver personalised learning programmes.Monitor and record pupil progress.Support pupils in developing vital communication, social, and life skills.Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.What We''re Looking ForWe''re seeking someone with:A genuine interest in working with children and young people with autism.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.A willingness to learn and apply behaviour analysis principles (full training provided).Experience in similar settings is a plus, but not ..... full job details .....
