Support Workers in Oxshott, KT22. Join a small, friendly home-based team supporting Lily, a bright and engaging 5-year-old with complex medical needs. Up to £21.00 gross per hour. • Nearest Station: Oxshott 5-minute walk from the family home • Salary/Wage: Day shifts: £18.00 weekdays / £20.00 weekends. Waking nights: £20.00 weekdays / £21.00 weekends • Driving Requirements: Strongly preferred • Essential: Professional childcare experience. Confident to supporting a young girl with physical disabilities and using equipment such as hoists (training provided). • Desirable: Supporting children with additional or complex needs; suctioning, chest physio, PEG feeding, epilepsy, dystonia, postural management, medication administration, and AAC/Eye Gaze communication • Start Date: August 2026, with interviews and shadow shifts in June and July • Days and Hours: We are seeking at least 2 Support Workers to cover a mixture of shifts: Wednesday and Thursday: 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Saturday, waking night 8.00 pm to 8.00 am. Additional ad hoc shifts available.
