This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a busy workload, has strong administrative abilities, and can confidently manage and support trades staff delivering repairs across social housing properties. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Duties include: Coordinating repairs across housing stock, ensuring jobs are allocated promptlyManaging and supporting trades operatives, ensuring workloads are balanced and performance targets metMonitoring repair progress and ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standardLiaising with tenants, trades teams, and external partners to provide updates and schedule appointmentsQuality-checking completed work and raising follow-on actions where necessaryMaintaining accurate records, updating systems, and handling documentation in line with organisational processesProviding general administrative support, including email management, reports, and diary coordination What We''re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have: Experience in repairs coordination, maintenance administration, or a similar ..... full job details .....
