Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Swindon.

** Must have held licence for 6 months minimum (category C+E) **

Position: Class 1 Driver
Pay rate: £17.74 - £22.18 per hour / £17.74 standard rate with uplift of £1.71 between 20:00-05:00)
Shift & hours: Days and start times below. Possibility for additional shifts.

• 14:00 - 16:00 start Friday to Monday
• 16:00 - 18:00 start Friday to Monday
• 18:00 - 20:00 start Friday to Monday

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Transporting goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Deliveries from Swindon will be across the South Coast of England up to the Midlands.
• Drivers will mostly cover trunking, some store overflow deliveries may be required.
• Conduct pre-trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
• Always provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
• CPC Card
• Digi Card
• Held licence for 6 months minimum (Cat C+E)
