Business Development Manager

Salary: -45,000 - -50,000 + Car Allowance

Location: Worcester

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an established growing business in Worcester.

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can identify new opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers and drive continued commercial growth.

The Role

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer projects.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions where required.
• Manage sales activity through CRM systems and achieve agreed targets.

About You

• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Experience selling a bespoke, premium or consultative solution is highly desirable.
• Confident dealing with senior decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated.
• Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
