Job OverviewYou will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the processing weekly and monthly payrolls. Day to Day Responsibilities: Reception coverAnswering phones, meeting, and greeting guestsSending out joining instructions via emailGeneral office facilities tasks, including:Maintaining and tidying hot drinks machines (x4 kitchens)Franking postManaging the shared inbox (x2)Ordering supplies / equipmentBooking hire carsBooking meeting roomsOther adhoc task Essential Skills and Competencies:High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targetsGood communication and customer service skills Desirable Skills and Competencies:Experience with working a switchboard.Ability to book meetings with Microsoft Office applications.Experience with excel and spreadsheets ..... full job details .....
