About Us MotorAid Ltd T/A FIX Auto Basildon are looking to recruit a fully skilled Vehicle damage assessor to work alongside current Estimator and Claims Handler in the capacity as a Estimating Claims Handler. We are recruiting for: Due to our current restructuring we are currently seeking a talented, professional and self motivated Bodyshop Advisor / Claims Handler.Previous experience in this role or similar is essential. Key responsibilities and skills required: Be responsible for updating our customers during the full repair process of their vehicle, by liaising directly with internal staff including but not limited to the Workshop Manager, Front of House Manager and Operations Manager. Liaising with insurers and customers, by telephone, email and in person, overseeing the smooth running of the repair process from start to finish. To load job details onto our management system (full training will be provided) Maintaining the BSI audit files to the required industry standards To complete general administration duties as and when required To maximise customer awareness of all available Bodyshop and Retailer Services To the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times To maintain excellent standards of administration Be willing to undertake any necessary trainingThe applicant must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to create accurate estimates using Audatex and or GT Motive using Manufactures/Thatcham methods as required.A VDA / ATA ..... full job details .....
