Temporary to Permanent AdministratorPay rate: £13.10 per hourLocation: Between York/Selby on a bus routeJob Type: Full-time Temporary for 3 months with good chance of extension/permWe are currently in an exciting period of growth and are seeking an Administrator to join our client. This role involves supporting the Customer Services team in all aspects of office administration to help deliver first-class service. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a busy office environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire for self-development.Day-to-day of the role:Accurate and timely processing of orders.Data input and maintenanceFollow standardised procedures and deadlines including fully documenting all customer complaints and interactions in our CRM system to meet departmental SLAs.Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure timely deliveriesHandling incoming calls if customers have queriesOther office duties as and when requiredUndertake other office duties as and when required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven background in Customer Services/Administration/Data Entry, ideally within a similar industry.Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.Proficient in IT/Office softwareExcellent attention to detail and accuracy. ..... full job details .....
