Global Head of Learning and DevelopmentLocation:

London - Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)This is an international recruitment business with 5+ offices across the UK, Europe and Asia. The company has grown significantly across its main specialisms, spanning Insurance, Technology and Banking, and has a proven track record of developing its people. The incoming hire will take ownership of the global LandD strategy and delivery, particularly across London and Asia, while developing leadership programmes further. The role is hands-on with scope to grow into a true global head position.The ResponsibilitiesLeading and developing the global LandD function.Managing and coaching a Senior LandD Consultant.Delivering and embedding programmes across the full career lifecycle:SDP – Senior Development ProgrammeMDP – Management Development ProgrammeStrengthening uptake and impact across different regions (notably Asia for leadership, EU for individual contributors).Facilitating, delivering, and refining training at all levels.Enhancing the Manager and Leadership development offering.What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ LandD experience within the recruitment sector, ideally with international exposure.Ex Recruiter with a core understanding of the recruitment process, management and leadership.Strong facilitation and delivery skills across all levels, from juniors through to senior leaders.Proven experience line-managing at least one team member.Ability to engage senior stakeholders and adapt to different regional challenges.Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially minded.4 days in office (WFH on Wednesdays).Travel opportunities to Asia and Europe.Seniority level
