We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Technical Ceramics business in Stourport. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified finance professional with manufacturing experience who is looking to take ownership of site financial reporting while partnering closely with operational teams to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and site financial reporting. Post month-end journals and support month-end close activities. Analyse spend and budget variances, identifying opportunities for corrective action. Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow forecasting processes. Maintain and develop the standard costing system. Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation and cost variances. Provide financial insight to production and engineering teams. Drive working capital improvements and support cost-saving initiatives. Support Capex planning, justification and monitoring.
