Overview

Remote – occasional travel to London/Bedford. A global IT Managed Service Provider is looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join their end client in the healthcare sector. This role will focus on driving process improvements and ensuring smooth transitions during SAP systems upgrades and change initiatives. The ideal candidate must have end to end finance and procurement experience within SAP and thorough knowledge of OTC.Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance functional leads and stakeholders to document current ( as-is ) processes and identify pain points.Define and document detailed business requirements, process improvements, and proposals for standardisation.Create

process maps, workflows, and impact assessments.Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes, providing recommendations to bridge gaps.Work with finance and procurement leads to draft new policies and procedures aligned with redesigned processes.Analyse the impact of SAP upgrades (including S/4HANA) on business processes and systems.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Gather requirements for finance and procurement systems (eg, virtual terminals, planning and budgeting software, consolidation tools, billing tools).Support user training, change management, and documentation for new processes and system features.Communicate upgrade progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.Key Skills and Experience

5+ years'' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven leadership and communication skills.3+ years'' hands-on experience as an

SAP Business Analyst , with direct involvement in upgrade/change projects.Strong process modelling and documentation skills (as-is/to-be workflows).Experience working in an agile environment, gathering requirements in user story format.Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.Good understanding of data structures, problem solving, and systems/data analysis.Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR and their integration points.Contract details
