Location: CM20 Salary: £15 per hour Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Sunday 09 00) Key Responsibilities: Provide full assistance with personal care, including washing, toileting, dressing, and feeding. Support safe positioning, transfers, and mobility using hoists and other specialist equipment. Assist with the use of a custom wheelchair and activity chair for meals and engagement. Encourage socialisation, participation in meaningful activities, and ongoing learning. Support communication needs and promote positive engagement throughout the day. Provide respite for the family through consistent and reliable care. Requirements: At least 6 months recent care experience. Male carer required to meet specific client needs. Experience with hoist transfers and safe manual handling. Experience supporting individuals with complex physical disabilities preferred.
