Job title: Claims Operations Technician – Fixed Term ContractLocation: LondonPURPOSE OF ROLEWe’re recruiting on behalf of a Lloyd’s Broker for a Claims Operations Technician on a fixed-term contract until March 2026. This is a technical back-office role focused on processing claims, managing bordereaux and loss funds. Ideal for someone with strong London Market Technical Claims experience and working knowledge of key systems.RESPONSIBILITIESProcess and reconcile claims bordereaux in line with market protocolsManage loss fund movements, top-ups, and adjustmentsSupport end-to-end data submission processes, ensuring alignment with market and regulatory standardLiaise with internal stakeholders, brokers, and carriers on operational mattersSupport reporting and documentation for internal controls and auditDAY-TO-DAYHandling incoming bordereaux files and uploading them into relevant systemsManaging ongoing loss fund activity and ensuring timely resolution of queriesProcessing submissions via market systems and maintaining accurate records to support compliance and reportingCollaborating with internal teams to support operational efficiencyEXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years in a technical claims operations or support roleProven experience with bordereaux handling and loss fund administrationSolid understanding of Lloyd’s market processes and standardsTechnically adept in using specialist market systems such as ECF and IMR to manage operational claims dataSKILLSHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organisational and time management abilitiesEffective communicator across internal and external stakeholdersTechnically competent with London market systems and toolsAble to work independently within a structured processIf you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on
