Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will lead your team of c40 in respect of ensuring that the site runs as efficiently as possible. In addition, and in conjunction with the Operations Manager, you will be involved in planning, support the achievement and communication of departmental KPI''s, and ensure procedures are followed.
