Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (essential)Bonus points for Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation WorkbenchStrong configuration skills—Fast Formula, process flows, payroll elementsOTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesWhy Version 1
