Working closely with the Site Manager, you will help oversee the delivery of high-quality housing developments ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to specification. Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular health and safety checks. Monitor progress against the build programme and assist with reporting. Ensure quality control and snagging are completed to company and NHBC standards. Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, delivery notes, and inspection reports. Foster a positive, collaborative site culture, promoting safety and teamwork. About You Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Finishing Foreman on residential housing projects.
