We are looking for an Customer Sales Support candidate to join a manufacturing company in Braintree. They are looking for someone to-support their sales team to ensure orders are processed-efficiently.
Starting on an innital temporary basis, you will need to be available immediately to be considered for this role, however the potential for a permanent job could be available after an innital temporary period! Starting pay will be circa -13ph-and working hours will be 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 14:00 finish on Friday.
Company benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (after 3 months) and free parking at their purpose built facilities!
Duties will include:
- Process incoming enquiries via all channels
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Liaise with internal teams and external customers
- Review and process orders
- General admin tasks
- Having worked in a customer service or customer facing role
- Confident communicating by phone and email
- Able to use Microsoft packages including Excel
- Good time management experience and able to be proactive
