Administrator

Location: BS2
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (onsite role)

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator, to join our friendly and long-established team near Central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of documentation processes in a stable, full-time position with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales Manager, and Business development manager with administration, your day to day duties will include:

- Logging tenders and filtering tenders
- Finding specific information for estimators
- Floor plan drawings
- Section Drawings
- Heat losses
- Measuring Drawings
- Tech Subs
- Chasing Missing Info
- Tech Sub into O&M

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in administration / sales administration/ document control
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Proactive, dependable and a team player
- Experience in construction or technical environments is a bonus (but not essential)
