Supply Chain Supervisor Location: Bedford Monday to Friday Permanent Full Time Hybrid Working Salary Up To £35K (DOE) We re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead a small, high-performing team within a busy and compact engineering setting. This is a hands-on role where you ll oversee the full end-to-end movement of materials, ensuring operational efficiency while using systems and data to drive smarter decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to bridge day-to-day operational execution with strategic oversight - ensuring materials flow seamlessly, compliantly and in line with production demands. The Role You ll lead a team of four, covering order management, goods in/out and warehouse optimisation, while taking ownership of system integrity and supply chain performance. Key areas of responsibility include: Managing the daily flow of materials from receipt through to distribution, ensuring production is fully supported. Acting as the systems super user maintaining planning parameters and ensuring data accuracy across supply chain and warehouse functions. Producing and analysing KPI reports (inventory accuracy, supplier performance, etc.) to identify trends and drive improvements. Coordinating with third-party logistics partners and customs contacts to ensure smooth international shipments and full compliance with import/export regulations.
