In addition, you will: Support the UK People and Culture Director in implementing the Global People and Culture Strategy, embedding the UK operating model and role-modelling strong leadership. Partner with divisional leadership to deliver People and Culture solutions that maximise performance, support workforce planning and strengthen business outcomes.
