Our independent bistro, located near Winchester train station, is seeking a talented chef to take charge and create exciting, seasonal dishes that delight our loyal guests.

What You''ll Be Doing:

????? Running the kitchen solo with KP support during busy services?? Designing and executing a modern, vibrant brunch and lunch menu?? Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients for exciting, seasonal creations???????? Contributing to a warm, energetic bistro culture that values great food and great people? Maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen organization

A skilled chef with experience running a kitchen solo or leading brunch servicesA creative flair and passion for modern, fresh, and innovative cuisineA calm, confident, and organized approach to busy servicesReliability, dedication, and a genuine pride in the food you serve
