Typical projects are mid to high volume residential developments of 3,4 and 5 bed houses and blocks of apartments both private and affordable housing dwellings. Managing Quantity Surveyor - The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or existing Managing QS to join and lead a regional commercial team. You will be responsible for leading the day to day commercial delivery of between 2-5 projects across the South West via a team of Quantity Surveyors. This position will report to a Commercial Manager. Typical duties and responsibilities: To ensure optimum commercial return is achieved for projects Prepare the cost / value reconciliation reports accurately Prepare and agree interim valuations at the agreed dates to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.
