The Class 1 Driver Role: Our well established client is looking for an experience Multidrop Class 1 Driver to join their team on a permanent full time basis, a Monday - Friday contract on days. The role will include, curtain side vehicle, a medium level of multi-drop and the use of a pump truck training can be provided. Requirements Class 1 Driver for this role: Previous HGV 1 Experience desired but not essential. Hours and Pay Class 1 Driver: Monday to Friday - 07:00am / 08:00am starts. Class 1 Driver Duties Operate lorries in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order. Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly for transport. Deliver goods to designated locations, maintaining accurate delivery records. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transport. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle, performing routine maintenance checks as required. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and delivery protocols.
