Lead the design of clinical pathways, including clinical logic, data flows, and decision-support mechanisms, to support both automated and clinician-led care.Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate clinical intent into scalable platform features across patient interfaces, clinician tooling, and internal systems.Integrate diagnostics, biomarker testing, and risk stratification tools into care journeys to ensure personalisation and adherence to evidence-based practice.Partner with governance, safety, and regulatory teams to uphold clinical quality and compliance.Design operating models for clinical services, including clinician roles, standard operating procedures, training, and escalation pathways to ensure safe, efficient delivery.Contribute to clinical product strategy by aligning clinical objectives with platform capabilities and commercial goals.Horizon-scan for advances in preventative and personalised medicine to shape the clinical roadmap and uncover new partnerships or research opportunities.Act as the clinical voice within a cross-functional team, applying systems thinking and service design to create joined-up, adaptable care experiences.Requirements / Qualifications

A clinical background and experience working in regulated healthcare environments.Experience in diagnostics, preventative health, or functional medicine.Familiarity with biomarker testing, longitudinal care models, or personalised medicine.Strategic thinking around long-term health outcomes and early intervention approaches.A passion for using technology to improve health outcomes and deliver safer, more scalable care.Confidence working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with clinicians, engineers, designers, and commercial leads.A systems mindset, considering care delivery end-to-end.Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into clear product decisions and improvements.Strong communication skills to articulate clinical reasoning and safety principles to technical and non-technical audiences.An iterative approach balancing clinical rigour with pragmatism in fast-moving environments.Preferred / Bonus

Experience integrating diagnostics into digital care pathways (lab testing, biomarker panels, continuous monitoring, or remote sample collection).Familiarity with metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, or obesity-related care models.Understanding of how clinical pathways are operationalised at scale through logic engines, workflow automation, and structured data models.A systems mindset that designs whole care ecosystems beyond individual touchpoints.Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with engineers, designers, data scientists, and commercial teams.Benefits
