This is a key pastoral role, supporting the health and wellbeing of pupils across two campuses. The School Healthcare Assistant will work closely with the School Nurse and wider Student Support team to provide first aid, administer medication, and assist students with long-term or complex medical needs including diabetes, asthma and epilepsy. You''ll also help deliver mental health support and triage, liaise with parents, and assist with health-related admin and procedures. This role would suit someone with a background in healthcare, first aid, or school-based pastoral care. You''ll need to be calm under pressure, discreet, organised, and confident working independently when needed.
