You will initially begin in the commercial accounting team, reviewing the accounts payable and receivable transactions as well as reconciliations and resolving queries. As you begin to progress, you will assist in monthly management account closure, to include; posting journals to the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, PLand and analysis. This is a developmental role, so you will consistently challenged and develop your skill set over time.What you''ll need to succeedYou will have recently graduated, ideally with a relevant degree, and have a strong desire to begin your accountancy career, having looked into your professional qualifications. It will be an advantage if you have already gained some practical accounts experience from a placement year or from recent positions since graduating. With good working knowledge of Excel, you will possess excellent attention to detail as well as a strong collaboration/team-orientated manner.
