About the rol We are seeking a Trainee Paraplanner, to support experienced Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in delivering outstanding client service. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting a career in financial planning, with structured training and mentoring provided to help you develop technical knowledge and progress towards a full paraplanning role. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering client information and documentation Learn how to conduct basic research into financial products and solutions Support with drafting suitability reports under supervision Help maintain client records in our back-office system Shadow advisers and paraplanners during client meetings and casework Support the preparation of financial planning documents and annual reviews Stay informed about changes in financial products, regulations, and legislation Work towards relevant professional qualifications Skills and Qualifications: Essential: Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Minimum of A-Levels (or equivalent); degree preferred but not required Desirable: Studying towards or interested in starting a Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is a plus Personal Attributes: Eager to learn and develop within the ..... full job details .....
