The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a number of solutions to execute requirements for both project needs across the aerospace industry.Key Responsibilities - Senior Mechanical Engineer Create engineering solutions to meet project requirements, including schedule, quality, and cost considerations, while adhering to company processes.Work with internal and external customers, suppliers, and colleagues in mechanical, systems, and hardware disciplines both on-site.Management and validation of requirements allocated to mechanical systems, according to industry standards.Identifying work estimates and plans to support project managers. Proactively track progress, update plans, and adapt as projects develop.Mentor and develop apprentices to enhance their skills and increase department capacity.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department, working within industry requirements.
