No formal teaching qualifications are required, just a genuine enthusiasm for supporting learners in their education journey.Responsibilities:1:1 and group support of students with additional learning needsSupporting teachers/lecturers to ensure an inclusive learning environment for SEN studentsSafeguarding of vulnerable learnersFull time and part time hours are available.Term time only roles are available also. Requirements:Experience working with SEN children or young adultsExperience in educationOR an extensive care backgroundKnowledge of additional learning needs Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtainEnhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
