We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive
Credit Controller
to join our dynamic team in Central Manchester. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing debtor accounts, securing payments, and collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless operations.Location: ManchesterReporting to: Head of Credit ControlKey Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of debtors ensuring timely paymentsFollow up on overdue accounts with professional and persistent communicationHandle payment related queries from private clients and trade accountsEnsure all accounts adhere to agreed payment termsInvestigate and resolve non-payment issues promptlyMake outbound calls to secure payments while building positive client relationshipsProcess payments through our online system with accuracy and efficiencyAbout you:

Experience:
Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a finance-related roleSkills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, coupled with excellent organisational skillsAttitude:
A results driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritise effectivelyCommunication:
A confident, professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skillsFlexibility:
