Temporary Contract – Approx. 3–5 Weeks
Competitive Hourly Rate (CIS Available)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a high-end residential project in South Kensington. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious development for a well-established contractor.

Duties will include:

• Installing metal stud partition walls
• Constructing suspended ceilings, including stepped and multi-level ceiling systems
• Fixing plywood and plasterboard
• Working to a high standard of finish on a luxury residential project
• Following site drawings and specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry (preferred but not essential with relevant experience)
• Proven experience on high-end residential projects
• Skilled in metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings and plasterboarding
• Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools and full PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with excellent attention to detail
• Previous references
