Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams. Proven experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans. Experience managing network change control and release management activities. Experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects and control functions to ensure delivery compliance and security assurance. Experience managing project financials, budget forecasts, actuals tracking and cost governance. Strong vendor and supplier management capability. Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments. Telecom experience highly preferred. Strong Telecom and OSS domain expertise is a key differentiator. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Manage multiple OSS and Network delivery projects end-to-end. Own delivery from design through implementation and operational acceptance. Ensure delivery is on time, within budget and meets quality expectations.
