Job Title: Carpenter Multi-TraderLocation: Brent, North West LondonSalary: 38,000 per annumOverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out carpentry, repairs and general property maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Brent.The successful candidate will have strong carpentry skills alongside experience in general multi-trade repairs, with the ability to complete a variety of maintenance works to residential properties.This role would suit a reliable, hands-on operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, completing jobs efficiently and providing excellent customer service to residents.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out carpentry repairs and general maintenance works within occupied residential properties.Completing repairs and replacements to doors, door frames, architraves and skirting boards.Fitting and repairing kitchen units, cupboards, worktops and other fixtures.Carrying out repairs to wooden flooring, floorboards and other timber elements.Completing basic plumbing repairs where required.Undertaking minor plastering, patching and making-good works.Carrying out general multi-trade repairs and maintenance.Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and effectively.Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.Delivering excellent customer service when working in residents'' homes.Managing your own ..... full job details .....
