Lead and deliver high-value projects, acting as a trusted cost consultant from feasibility through to completion.Take ownership of key client accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships.Manage, mentor, and inspire junior surveyors, supporting their APC and career development.Contribute to business development – supporting bids, networking, and securing repeat work.Play a central role in the strategic growth of the London office.What They''re Looking For

MRICS qualified with substantial post-chartership consultancy experience.Proven ability to lead projects across sectors such as commercial offices, residential, mixed-use, or education/healthcare.Strong client-facing and leadership skills, with the confidence to take on senior-level responsibilities.Ambition to progress to Director and play a long-term role in the consultancy''s success.What0s On Offer
