The business has a clearly defined and ambitious growth plan to reach £100m turnover within the next five years.The Stevenage office is a key regional hub, having delivered £5m turnover last year, and continues to grow its presence across the South East.Approximately 75% of the workload is industrial refurbishment, with the remaining 25% across education, roofing, and commercial office fit-out projects.The RoleDue to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to take responsibility for managing multiple projects across the South East region.You will oversee the delivery of projects ranging in value from £250k to £4m, with a particular focus on managing the larger, more complex schemes.
