As part of a close team, your responsibilities will include monitoring legal developments, updating knowhow and precedent content, assisting with training programmes, and supporting fee-earners with technical queries.Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years'' corporate experience, ideally in private equity and private MandA. You may be an existing PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in-house lawyer looking to transition into a Knowledge role. You must be highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to independently take on projects as part of a supportive and friendly team.
